The M-912, continuous Bonding machine, is a universal, versatile and highly productive machine.

The M-912 has a double pressure system with 90-degree pressers to facilitate some applications, guaranteeing Bonding quality.

Designed for Bonding fabrics, PE and PU foams, bidin, EV, among others, it essentially consists of heating by electrical resistance, which unites the materials. With this process, agility was gained and the fire Bonding process was eliminated , which pollutes the environment as it does not use solvents or release smoke. 

The M-912 is equipped with a frequency inverter to regulate Bonding speed, which allows for a controlled and very silent process.
 
It can be equipped with various types of devices such as unwinder with brake system, electronic winder, input platform to adapt the feeding of each material in each process.
 
The M-912 is configurable. Special equipment can be developed as needed.
 
Another feature is its simplified construction, which allows for easier maintenance when necessary.

Main applications: Bonding in general, Bonding of fabrics for shoes, Bonding of fabrics for caps, Bonding of foam with padding fabrics, Bonding of automobile foam, Bonding of Eva with fabric, etc.
