The M-905 Double face is equipment that allows multiple Bondings to be performed at the same time.

Designed for Bonding fabrics, PE and PU foams, EVA, among others, it essentially consists of heating using electrical resistance, which unites the materials.

The M-905 is equipped with a frequency inverter to regulate the Bonding speed, and a special pressure system, which allows for a controlled and very silent process.

It can be equipped with various types of devices such as unwinder with brake system, electronic winder, input platform to adapt the feeding of each material in each process.

It is equipped with a cooling system that facilitates the crystallization of the adhesive. The M-905 is configurable. Special equipment can be developed as needed.
 
Another feature is its simplified construction, which allows for easier maintenance when necessary.

Main applications: Bonding of materials for technical parts, Bonding of materials in plates, Bonding of fibers, application of powder adhesives.
