The M-854 film dubbing machine is a universal, versatile and highly productive machine.

Designed for dubbing fabrics, PE and PU foams, bidin, EV, among others, it essentially consists of two electrical resistance heating systems, which join the materials. With this process, agility was gained and the fire dubbing process was eliminated, which pollutes the environment as it does not use solvents or release smoke.
 
The M-854 is equipped with a frequency inverter to regulate the dubbing speed, which allows for a controlled and very quiet process.
 
It can be equipped with various types of devices such as unwinder with brake system, electronic winder, input platform to adapt the feeding of each material in each process.
 
The M-854 is configurable. Special equipment can be developed as needed.
 
Another feature is its simplified construction, which allows for easier maintenance when necessary.

Main applications: Double-layered materials (triple-layered), thermal insulation, fabrics in general, etc.
