The M-909, continuous Bondingmachine, is a universal, versatile and highly productive machine.

The M-909 has an inverted design compared to other Bonding machines, the heated roller is at the bottom and the pressure roller is at the top.

Designed for Bonding fabrics, PE and PU foams, bidin, EV, among others, it essentially consists of heating by electrical resistance, which unites the materials. With this process, agility was gained and the fire Bonding process was eliminated , which pollutes the environment as it does not use solvents or release smoke.
 
The M-909 is equipped with a frequency inverter to regulate Bonding speed, which allows for a controlled and very silent process.
 
It can be equipped with various types of devices such as unwinder with brake system, electronic winder, input platform to adapt the feeding of each material in each process.
 
The M-909 is configurable. Special equipment can be developed as needed.
 
Another feature is its simplified construction, which allows for easier maintenance when necessary.

Applications: Bonding in general is versatile equipment and adaptable to numerous Bonding processes, application of self-adhesive film to automotive parts.
