Cooling System for Dubbing

The M-906 module was developed to be installed in any dubbing machine where it is necessary to cool the material immediately after dubbing.

The system is made up of water-cooled rollers that provide a thermal shock to the material as it comes out hot from the dubbing machine.

This thermal shock, in addition to cooling the material and making it roll cooler, helps in the crystallization of the adhesive, improving the quality of the dubbing.

The M-906 is equipped with a frequency inverter to regulate the dubbing speed, which allows for a controlled and very quiet process.
  
The M-906 is configurable. Special equipment can be developed as needed.
 
Another feature is its simplified construction, which allows for easier maintenance when necessary.
