The M-855, continuous dubbing machine, is a universal, versatile and highly productive machine.

Designed for Bonding fabrics, PE and PU foams, bidin, EV, among others, it essentially consists of heating by electrical resistance, which unites the materials. With this process, agility was gained and the fire Bonding process was eliminated , which pollutes the environment as it does not use solvents or release smoke.
 
The M-855 is equipped with a frequency inverter to regulate dubbing speed, which allows for a controlled and very silent process.
 
It can be equipped with various types of devices such as unwinder with brake system, electronic winder, input platform to adapt the feeding of each material in each process.
 
The M-855 is configurable. Special equipment can be developed as needed.
 
Another feature is its simplified construction, which allows for easier maintenance when necessary.

Applications: Dubbing in general is versatile equipment that is adaptable to numerous dubbing processes.
