Liquid glue dubbing machine

The M-853 glue doubling machine is a highly productive machine.

Designed for the dubbing of PE and PU fabrics and foams, it essentially consists of a set of dosing and applicator cylinders that apply adhesive and a heating and pressure system, which joins the materials and performs the gluing.

It can be equipped with various types of devices such as unwinder with brake system, winder with torque control, input platform to adapt the foam supply.

The M-853 is configurable. Special equipment can be developed as needed.
 
Another feature is its simplified construction, which allows for easier maintenance when necessary.

Applications: The main applications of this equipment are caps and simple dubbing.
